I download some mods recently and my binds just disaperead, i can bind them anymore, i tried to delete and installing but this dosnt help much.

You might have somehow corrupted your binds.ini. Can you try and delete your binds.ini file? the game should make a new one for you once you launch it.
Windows: %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Beat Banger\binds.ini
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/Beat Banger/binds.ini
Linux/Steam Deck: ~/.local/share/godot/app_userdata/Beat Banger/binds.ini
