The user in the screenshot probably did not perfect the levels, two ribbons are not considered perfect.
To get perfect the user must finish the level with no Meh or Nice notes to get a perfect (Red ribbon), please make sure the proper level completion.

The achievements will pop the next update we push to the game. I'll close this when we push it.

It shows me 12/12 in the game itself, but on Steam it shows me 10/12. I don't seem to have all the achievements, but I do. In the last update, these two achievements were added and now I can't have a perfect game for the showcase on my Steam profile.
