been enjoying the game and been trying to get red ribbons for the achievements of 5 & 10 perfect games, got lucky today to get the 5th ribbon in game, for it not to pop. I have no mods installed, from steam, no new updates for the game recently. and I have verified the files on steam.

I could not find a revenant bug other than the one that doesn't show of the red ribbons in the post.
