1) I can't use the dpad or joystick to select anything in menus

2) The game defaults to Steam controller even when I don't own one (who the fuck's gonna buy a $200 Xbox controller knockoff?)

3) Even with no controllers connected, I can't change keyboard bindings, the game thinks a controller is connected

There's a bunch of other posts about these things, which are kinda ridiculous issues to have, but the only things on the roadmap are feature requests, no bug fixes, so these issues may have been missed and buried by other posts. I tried looking at config files to see if I could disable Steam Controller stuff there, but none of the files really do anything of the sort. It just feels like some sort of oversight where a Steam Controller was set as the default due to Steam release being worked on and it never got changed or something. Idk, just seems like something that might be an easy fix that's overlooked.
