Theater Error and Achievement

When playing on virgin difficulty to get the 6 stars, I unlocked two achievements, but one doesn't tell me, I even have the photo when they give you the achievement in the game, the achievement is called: “Eyes Up Here”.
When I enter the theater, I get a black screen and I can't hear anything in all the scenes, I tried the first time to see if it was only a one-time mistake, but when I go out and go back in there it's still there.

When you want to see the videos of the story in the theater extras, when you want to see them, they stay in black {attached the same scene only that the black one is taken in the extras and the other in the level}

Now check and the problem with eyes up here is only because I don't investigate how to do it, the theater problem I understand and I'll wait with peace of mind. Thank you.
