Legacy bars do not appear in preview

Issue Description
If you open legacy level in editor and "preview from current time" it won't contain legacy side bars, unless you played any legacy level beforehand. Stuff I checked:
Open the game -> Go to level editor -> Choose legacy level -> Preview from current time = No side bars
Open the game -> mods -> open and close any legacy level -> go to level editor -> choose any legacy level = side bars are there
You can also get those side bars back if you go back to mods menu and play any legacy mod and then go back to editor

Play any legacy level (can just open the level and go back to main menu immediately)
Open any release level in level editor
Preview from current time = Legacy side bars appeared
