Claire : JUDY HOPPS, LOLA BUNNY, CINDERACE...

Dawna : TORIEL?

The colors wouldn't be named that explicitly obviously, but when you saw them you'd know what they represent.

And nothing else would change besides the color of the BB character, i don't think this is too much work to pull off, and would satisfy that part of the community that keeps asking for toriel, judy etc...

Could even be a Kom color variant at this point cause the system would already be made for it.

Just some ideas, any character could be implemented as a color palette honestly.
