Many people feel that it was a shame that the the download for the legacy version got completely removed, especially without a prior warning. Some people, myself unfortunately included, even feel mislead due to the fact it was only disclosed that legacy content would no longer be supported and were not told that it would be completely removed. I believe a solution to this problem could be to make the legacy version available as a beta branch for the steam release of the game, akin to how Re-Logic has released older versions of Terraria. As for the Itch.io release, it could be made available alongside the purchase of the full game and simply have the download titled "Beat Banger Legacy (Beta)", so as to prevent confusion for any current and/or future purchasers. This way, the download for the legacy version can still be accessible, while still solving the issues that were stated as to why it was removed. I do hope that my request is taken into consideration and at best applied, as I am an enjoyer of the Banger Beats and the community of people supporting them.
