People keep missing where to go to get to the settings.

* Remove [Menu] from the bottom of the main menu.

* Add [Settings] to the main menu list just below [Extras].

* Put a cog image right in front of it.

* Move [Quit] just a bit further down so that theres a larger gap in between it and the rest of the options.

Inside the settings menu:

* Change the [Menu] title to [Settings Menu]
